Hello guys I am looking to install a Harris bipod on my Remington 597lss, withthe factory studs installed, know how do you mount the bipod to the rifle?

the bipod , if new, should have instructions. but however the bipod installs to the front stud with the legs pointed forward. there will be a screw that tightens up pulling the two flanges together thus the flange studs enter the front swivel stud from each side and they in turn tighten the bipod to the stock.
