It's not terrible, the stock was refinished, pad added, stud moved, but whatever. The metal (important part) looks the part for a older used rifle like a 600. The rifle I pulled the action above from came off a 660 that was way way worse in fact only the action was saved and it cleaned up pretty good.
I would run it as is at least for a season or two - see if you like it.
