Remington 600 Values

Hey CGN! I have a Remington 600 in .308 and I have been looking for some values online and they are all over the place! I know that some calibers are worth more but I've seen the 308 ranging from $300-$1500. I don't want to spend the money on a values book for this one time. If anyone can give me any info on what this might be worth that would be awesome! Mine is not the Mohawk or centennial edition. Seems like there are some inconsistencies in the coating on the stock.

Anyhow I would appreciate any info anyone can give me! Thanks
 
The .308 is the most common original 600 out there.

Some guys on here are listing them for a grand and I’m not sure that they’ve sold.

I bought a damn near brand new 600 in .308 a couple years ago for $500 with a spare ram line stock included
 
I bought my 243 with a scope for $280 a couple years ago. My neighbour still has a new one that he bought at woolworths back in the day for $139 and I know because the sticker is still on it.

That's where my Dad bought his too. When i got it a few years back he gave me the original box of ammo he bought with it and only two rounds missing.
