Remington 660 in .308

A friend of mine is selling one of these that he has had stored for many years. It appears to be in beautiful shape for an older rifle. I have not seen many for sale on EE so I wondered if anyone could tell me what a fair sale price may be....

If excellent, $500 range is fair, nice light weight rifle, mine at least is very accurate.I think I paid $450 for an as new one from a Victoria shop 20 years ago.
