Gentlemen,
I have a Christensen Arms that is a semi-custom gun built off of the Remington 700 Action. I love the gun, but I really dont like the hinged floor plate. Hunting on and off my quad leaves me reloading the rifles 20-30 times a day, so a mag makes way more sense. Does anyone have any experiences with the mag conversion kit? Which one is the best and where is the best place to get something like that? I would like to get 2 mags, and I would like to support Canadian retailers if possible.

I am a fan of atlasworx and the stealth type from Pacific Tool and gauge. Both top quality gear. Atlaswork was cheaper.

Another vote for Kwik klip.

Had a 700BDL .270 Win. that I converted to a Kwik Klip. Very well built and finished unit and very easy to install, perfect fit, looked like a factory job. Always functioned perfectly, never failed to feed smoothly and when you went to remove it, it would actually pop right right. Highly recommended.

Thanks for all the input and private messages! I am a toss up between the Kwik Klip and HS Precision. I have to talk to the HS Precision guys to see if they have to be inletted. I like doing things myself, but inletting a carbon fiber stock seems like a recipe for disaster without practice.
