Pre-fit as in already threaded and short chambered? Most smiths charge around $250 to install a contoured blank which includes threading and chambering. Finishing a short chamber shouldn't cost more than $100-$150 or so, at max.

There is no such thing as a pre-fit barrel for Remington unless you use one of those cheap shyte barrel nut conversions. Barrel needs to be headspaced properly to each action and the machine set-up is where the time comes in, not the cutting.
