hey, im trying to see if there is anyone in the BC/Alberta area that does bolt fluting. I talked to a shop and they are about 2 months wait time so im wondering if there are cnc machining/gunsmithing enthusiast that does spiral bolt fluting on here? thanks!

Rocky Mountain Rifles (Corlane's) probably does.
I've had a couple 700 bolts fluted. The 1st one had deep spiral flutes that created a really bumpy ride as you worked the bolt much like riding a bike down the middle of railroad tracks. I didn't like it.
The next rifle had shallow spiral flutes that were for looks only. The bolt was smooth to use but the flutes were just bling.
I would consider straight deep flutes if trying to save weight, but in the end the weight savings wasn't that much. I won't be having it done again.
