Remington 700 bolt handle question.

I have used and abused 700 Rems for 40 years and have never had a bolt handle come off. I have opened many with a stiff blow from a 2X4 and have never had one come off.....................I have actually tried to blow up a 700 and the bolt handle did not come off..........I think it's like aliens myself, everybodys seems to have seen one but nobody actually has a picture of one....................
