I have a Remington 700 aac-sd .308 in an aics 2.0 stock.

I had planned on dropping in a 6.5cm reciever and selling the 308 reciever but now I'm considering keeping it but I don't have a stock.

Does anyone have any suggestions for an interesting but not crazy expensive stock I could put it in?

I was thinking of an old school wooden stock but they don't seem too common. So maybe some kind of interesting synthetic one?

I had a KRG Bravo a while ago. Its polymer w/ an aluminum chassis built in. Takes AICS magazines. Very comfortable, adjustable and kept the .308 recoil to a minimum. Looks more like a traditional stick but with the benefits of a chassis. I got mine at Go Big Tactical. They're $550 last I checked. Or if you want, perhaps check the hunting parts section on the EE for a wood stock. I considered that myself for something different but ended up with a Cadex (complete opposite lol)

The Bravo is great, the barreled action will drop right in. No need to bed it and you can run AICS mags right away.

Other accessories can be added easily as well if that is your thing (tubular fore-end, RRS rail, spigot mount).
