Typically we rework the trigger to get it crisp breaking in the 3lb area, and glass bed the action and free float the barrel. Other mods are done to the clients want, but these 2 thing are almost always extremely helpful in improving accuracy. Typically they will then shoot well under 1/2 moa, with decent ammo.
Canuck loosen up your action screws 1.5 turns and see how much you action can move around in the stock, bedding will eliminate this, and will improve the accuracy of your rifle. as it is now all the rearward thrust of recoil is being held by the screws alone, having full recoil lug contact is only achieved by bedding.
