Remington 700 Police with Upgrades - Looking for approx. value

As the title suggests. I have a Remington 700 Police that I may want to see for a lighter hunting rifle. Just looking for Approx. sale value that the guys here would value it.

As follows:

- Remington 700 Police in .308 Win (26" barrel, 1/12 twist)
- Professionally bedded by SC Gunworks (Markham, Ontario) in Brownells - Acraglas Gel
- Professionally blueprint by SC Gunworks
- Jewel Trigger - 2 Stage
- David Tubbs - Precision Speedlock Firing Pin and Spring
- 70-series aluminum body and a heat-treated 4140 steel pin front & tip
- Chrome Silicon spring
- Nightforce 1-Piece 20 MOA Picatinny Scope Base

The rifle has seen no more than 600 rounds.

Well how does it shoot? These are just my "guesstimates" OK?
Rifle $800
Smith work, (if "blue printing" means truing the action and lapping the bolt) $300
Rifle parts $400

Without seeing the rifle and how it shoots, this is just a "ball park" , it could be very different depending on the work?
 
I bought the same rifle a few years ago on the EE...It has all the mods you list except for the firing pin and spring but has the addition of a tactical bolt knob...Seller guaranteed it shot in the .3's and it does...He asked and received $1500...I mainly paid the price because I needed a barreled action that shot real accurate not because of the mods...Hope this helps.
 
It shoots 1/2 - 1/4 MOA on my hand loads. I have some 168 Sierras in some Varget, that are a bit over spec COAL. Very good shooting gun.

That seems very fair. Anywhere around $1,300.
