You looking at the rifle trigger and deciding it's ok doesn't negate the fact that there is a safety recall in place. Neither does taking it to the gun smith. You might think its fine but if you sell the thing and some jack ass blows his buddy guts out with it what do you think he will say?
The safety recall is there to protect remmy's butt and because they came out and said there is a safety issue and your rifle is affected and should not be used until repaired by an authorized center you have to now cover your butt. That means following the procedure so you don't wind up holding the bag.
And for Pete's sake if you are selling one of these darn rifles you know is affected by the recall get the darn thing fixed first. If you sell it and are aware that it is affected by the recall and say nothing to the potential buyer, you are not being a good seller and it may come back to haunt you if something happens down the line.
Once you ignore the safety recall saying that you shouldn't fire your gun until fixed you bear full responsibility for what happens afterward.
