Remington 700 SPS Stainless Detachable Mag Conversion

Good morning all;

I have a friend that has a Remington 700 SPS Stainless with the Hinged Floorplate Magazine. Now I am looking for a conversion kit for the gun to change it to a Detachable Magazine system so that it is easier for moving from one place to the other while hunting. It also makes for a bit more convenience for keeping bullets from inadvertently being dropped to the ground. Is there anyone that can recommend a good system to look at, and specifically one that we can get in Canada? I would like to get something in the next bit here so we can get to the range and test it out before hunting season is upon us.

I installed a factory one in a hinged rifle before and I found it unreliable. I was told that a hinged floor plate reciever has special rails in it and the factory DM`s don`t and that is why it doesn`t work properly. Could be a pile of bs I donèt know. I much prefer the KWIK KLIP any way you don't have to make those ugly cuts in the sides of your stock.
