Has anyone seen a Remington 740(a) with wood and high gloss blueing like this one? I know the barrel was shortened a long time ago to a carbine length (19”). I cant seem to find a lot of info on it other than an older gent from Quebec owned it but never really fired it much other than to sight it in
. It’s was made in 1957 and is a .308 caliber. It hasn’t been shoot much. I fired a box of regular Remington 150 gr last fall to sight in the scope and it functioned great with no jams.
