I am on the lookout for a cheap synthetic stock and forend for an old beat up Rem 760. Does anyone know if the 7600 furniture will work on these old guys? or anyone know where i can get a budget set?
Don't know where you can get a set, maybe check the EE or Ellwood Epps or your local gunstore. On the packaging for the Remington synthetic stocks for the 7600 it states not for the 760. I've used Ramline stocks in the past for my 760's. Hope this helps. Bac4
the 7600 fore stock requires a front screw thru the end to attach, it will work on the later model 760's but the older ones with the pin is a different set up.
