Hi, this is an interesting rifle.

Does anyone sell it in Canada?

I also noticed it can take ar mags, and is supplied with a 10 round mag.

What's the status of these 10 rounders in Canada?

Thanks,
Bobby

I like this forum because folks are usually pretty friendly here. Anyway I will answer your two questions Bobby.

Yes they are available in Canada. The remington 10 rounder would be a prohibited device as the remington was designed to take regular AR mags. All AR rifle mags are limited to 5 rounds unless they are AR pistol mags. The only one available now are LAR pistol mags which have a 10 round capacity.

Yes all this and very much more would be learned through the search function however it is skill in and of its self to get any results out of it. I get the best results returned with a one word query. If you type

remington 7615 Police pump action rifle you will usually get no results
if you put just "7615" you will get a couple of pages of posts.

Good luck in searching.

If Remington would mark their magazines as "7615 - Pump Action Rifle" Magazines we could have 30rds available. :)

Remington took that possibility and tossed it out the window with the way they promoted and described the product. You can't blame them, as it's not like it was written for our market.

Since they promote the gun as taking an AR-15 mag, and using an adaptor to allow it to use an AR-15 mag, the RCMP didn't need a whole lot of brain power to conclude that 7615 marked mags are still AR-15 mags.

Wolverine fought and lost this fight 2+ years ago.

Got one of the soon to be unavailable 7615 Tacticals

Put a VXIII 1.5-5x30mm ill ret on it, great optic in this application IMO. Leupold mounts. This is my new acerage gun.

These are available from TSE at $719 (for reg stock and rifle sights) and $799 (for colapse able stock and rifle sights). I should have mine by the end of the week... wanted the Wilson Combat sights so I got mine from Wolverine, last one I think. I will post pics soon, and a range report when I can.

I am waiting for a report on whether or not one of these is a practical alternative for service conditions shooting. Could be a non-restricted alternative to the more expensive non-restricted semi auto rifles.
