Remington 870 20g Compact Junior

[hgftr65]

I bought one of these for my son some time ago. The stock is quite small and poorly shaped. There don't seem to be too many options for replacements stocks so I purchased a "Lucy" adaptor from Mesa Tactical that will allow me to mount any stock designed for 870 12g

Have been looking at Magpul's SGA and Mesa Tactical's Urbino. What other stock design/make do you suggest? Looking for good quality and recoil absorption.

Also would like to mount a rail on top of the receiver for a reflex type sight, but everything I find is made for the 12g.

Any ideas or suggestions?

If it has a vent ribbed barrel, Warne makes a mount that will accommodate many of the small pistol style red dots, otherwise drill and tap the receiver…
The Magpul is a good stock…

The Magpul sga, great lop adjustment and they make an adapter for it that will fit any recoil pad ment for the Remington 870 , something like a nice limbsaver.
