Remington 870 barrel with rail

I'm looking for a barrel with a picattiny rail already installed on the barrel for a Remington 870.

Can someone tell me where to find this in canada

Nothing like that exists from the factory that I’ve seen, Vang comp has added them to barrels but it’s a custom application. A gunsmith should be able to silver solder a section of steel picatinny rail to a barrel though.

Are you talking about a cantilever barrel? Smoothbore or rifled? 12ga or 20ga?

Hasting make the nicest barrels for 870's. Quite expensive if you can find one... they did make a rifled barrel with the cantilever mount back over the action.

There is one for sale on the EE but it is not the cantilever mount, it has bases on the barrel.

Remington makes several cantilever rifled barrels.

You could order one through Gravel Agency ..... but be warned they are not cheap .... around CAD $400.- to $600.- ...

And the only smoothbore cantilever barrel I am aware off is a Hastings Wadlock barrel .... not available in Canada. You would have to import ....

I have a mossberg 24” rifled / ported with cantilever for Remington 870 12ga. Asking $300. Put 10-15 shells thru to sight in. Let me know if interested. Thanks!

I think hes talking about a rifled cantilever barrel, which most certainly exists. Theyre quite popular in shotgun only deer zones in southern ON.

The downside is they cost about 70% the cost of a whole new gun to buy new.
