Remington 870 Police R24407

Avoid the need to drill and tap by adding a Mesa Tactical Rem 870 Sidesaddle made in whichever number of extra rounds you want, ranging from 4 shots to 8 rounds on tap. The Sidesaddle incorporates a rock-solid Picatinny Rail for optic mounting. This is my 14" Rem 870 Police Magnum accessorized with:

I would call whatever store that has it in stock and ask. I’m seeing posts on Reddit that some have recent production Police models that are drilled and tapped, but as Boltgun mentions, that wasn’t case in the past.
 
i can confirm it’s drilled and tapped. It is Parkerized. I purchased this model number this year. It’s the new RemArms production. Its serial will start with RA. A friend also just recently bought the same and can confirm the same. It’s a great shotgun. Enjoy.
