Remington 870 retractable rail stock

Looking for a retractable stock for a Rem 870, with a rail on each side of the receiver when compacted. I guess a rail system as opposed to the collapsable pipe one?

Any suggestions and where to get them here in Canada?

You want a rail over the ejection port?

Well, seeing as the ejection port is only half the overall height of the receiver, it would easily be possible to have a rail fit below it.There's a 1 1/8 inch gap below it.

I'm sure i've seen these somewhere on a shottie. It's 2 metal rods with a buttplate at the end. More commonly seen on SMGs I suppose.

You are thinking of Sage's stock. I don't know what the actual name is but the make it for several types of firearms.

Yeah, that's Sage's stock. Never seen anything like it with rails over the rods, but you could fab them on to a Sage. I'm just curious, what would you put on the rails? Or is it just cosmetic?

I think he was just using incorrect terminology.

About the Sage, I think they are on the no-go list for export now, but they show up on the EE every now and then.

Last one I saw was in the EE for $165. Didn't even have the hardware to mount it. I would have grabbed it otherwise.
