Remington 870 stripped police receivers

Well anything more than $150.00 CDN a piece and you can keep them as paperweights........ :ROFLMAO: 😂😂

If they are going to cost you more than a retail selling price of $150.00, do not buy them.

The finish looks no better than an original 870 Express Magnum.

If one thinks they are worth a small fortune because they say POLICE on them, think again guys.:(

In todays world, the Police protect scum-b@g Liberal politicians, and those same cops have become the enemy to gun owners.

In addition, and as I mentioned in an earlier post, that fugly scan code near the serial number is horrible. You will also have to complete a firearms license verification with the same corrupt RCMP in order to sell them to customers due to another bogus Liberal law. The receiver has a serial number, so it is in fact a firearm. Or at least in the corrupt Liberal/RCMP world it's a firearm.......:(

At $150.00 before taxes and shipping, I'd probably buy one. Anything more is a no go for me. And apparently others here too on Gunnutz.

If you don't want to price out a product fairly, then do not ask for customer input!:oops:

Since no bolt, thus no non-MIM extractor, what major difference between Express, Express “Tactical” and “Police Magnum” other than maybe the finish and tapped for a rail?

IIRC machined steel extractor and heavier duty spec staking. There is more QC and time spent making them so likely less tool marks and smoother than the express's

Why so angry?
 
I like the idea of building one and they’re easy to work with. But where does a guy find all the requisite parts for a build other than a barrel? Does everyone else know a source on bolts, trigger groups, and slides that I’m unaware of? Or are guys just using another as a parts gun because they like the Polixe stamp on the receiver?
I'm curious, and might be interested if such a parts source could be found affordably.
 
Before plunking $$$ down they should price out all the parts and check availability to make the completed project.

The cost could be surprising.

You can slick up an express with a few hours of elbow grease.

Parts as simple as trigger group pins can be frustrating to find or even a stock bolt and bearing plate.

I've seen guys asking $30 for pins and the same for a stock bolt
