It would also help to know barrel length, choke, configuration and just how much rust damage there is.

Very true. But until more is known, a ballpark value is about $250.00. How much it increases will depend on what further info discloses.
I'd agree with that pricing. $250 sounds about right.
The freckling/pitting doesn't look too bad. The problem might be the choke and chamber which takes it out of contention for most waterfowling and upland game shooting. Might make a nice starting trap gun for someone. I'd say $350-$400 assuming there are no cracks in the wood and the insides are in reasonable condition.

I would offer $325.00 today if that was what I wanted and there was nothing else that would fit my criteria.
The 2-3/4 chamber isnt a deal breaker nor is the full choke, those can be corrected easily and not to expensive.
It looks like it would do very well in the duck blind on a salt march or the back of a truck for shooting grouse.
But, I have a thing for 870 Wingmasters.
Just my thoughts on what you might expect .

The days of complete $200.00 wingmasters in this condition are long gone unless the seller is living under a rock and not up to speed on today's gun values. Eye on one for 185??????????? and you didnot buy it.

Quick question, what are the values of older wingmasters, 1950's vs later ones, obviously the feuille de lis woods are selling for more, but if you had both in similar condition are they around the same price? I bought my wingmaster for 250$ used in "good" condition" but it was manufactured in 1953, no limb saver, kicks like a mule with buck 00 and slugs, lol.

I routinely see Wingmasters in much worse condition then that for $400+ at gun shows. That said, the last one I bought was spotless in terms of rust/scratches, and came with a skeet barrel as opposed to the full choke ( I dont know what that does to value) and I paid $300. It was on the table for $350, but he knocked $50 without any haggling because it was for my wife (she was with me).
