I'd agree with that pricing. $250 sounds about right.Very true. But until more is known, a ballpark value is about $250.00. How much it increases will depend on what further info discloses.
The freckling/pitting doesn't look too bad. The problem might be the choke and chamber which takes it out of contention for most waterfowling and upland game shooting. Might make a nice starting trap gun for someone. I'd say $350-$400 assuming there are no cracks in the wood and the insides are in reasonable condition.
I bought one in similar shape for $200 and have my eye's on another in comparable condition for $185. Personally I think $300 would be pushing it for max value.
