Saw in the NYSE IPO's list for 2011 that Remington will be selling the ACR Rifle for less than $2000.00 US in 2011. Apollo hope's that it will help enable it to price the IPO on the high end.
Since Remington sells guns in Canada it should make the export issue easier because they are a big company employing lots of people.

Back in October SCARs were selling for $1600 (taxes, case and 6 mags included) down in Arkansas. Shrubmaster needs to sort themselves out and get the price down.

That and make a rifle that works. Cough, recall, cough.
