Are people using the Remington bucket of bullets ?
I just seen the at Can. Tire, Are they any good?
I have been using Federal Bulk, or Winchester 555 box
I will be using these in my 10/22, buckmark and MkII
I don't know the price, they didn't have a price on them.

personally I do not use Remington rimfire ammunition. Have had a bad experience every single time I have used Remington rimfire ammunition. Never again!

I bought a bucket of 1400 at Lebarons for $66 incl tax. Have not taken them out yet, will be trying them in 10/22, 597, and Mk II.

I bought two buckets on sale for $50.00 each. My 1911-22 eats them just fine and my bolt range plinker is okay with them. I have found that the last catridge in the bolt gun mag can fail to feed so I put one CCI in the mags first then go for the bucket. The CCI case is more highly polished and free of grease and the Savage likes that.

Cabela's in Edmonton has tons of them in stock. Don't think anybody's buying it though. Everything else is basically sold out or in low quantities.

.
Remington .22 rimfire ammunition had a bit of a reputation for being "dirty" when fired but I have not tried any for about 4 years now. Federal bulk 525 round boxes can be had locally for about $20 a box and it does work well in our Savage heavy barreled "gopher" rifles.

The only problem with that deal is that you have to throw away the Remington bullets to get the bucket.

Through them my way. Nothin' wrong with Remington rimfire ammo, other than a higher amount of duds.
I shot my best group out of a High Standard with Thunderbolts, and my Mosquito would only reliably shoot them, while in the break-in period..

Must be in Brandon, because I can find federal 525 bulk pack at home hardware an jo-brook for $20 or less. A couple months back home hardware had a sale on them for like $15 and cleared out 2 pallets 4 feet high.

Stay away IMO. I bought a bucket o bullets a while back and it has been the only ammo my 10/22 doesn't like. The buckets is the best part of the ammo and that's not saying much.
