Remington Disintegrator?

Anyone have any experience with this stuff? terminal effect on varmints etc? it's marketed as a varmint bullet, but also as a breaching round, and general "eco-friendly" option for lead free areas.. Haven't seen it anywhere though

Pretty much the same idea as Glaser Blue isn't it?

I've used a similiar type of frangible ammo in a 9mm a few times and 12ga Hatton rounds quite a bit. In handgun format, I found them good at killing varmint and had fun shooting watermelons and whatnot... I don't think I'd ever use them in a self defense role or against a person. The main drawback is penetration/ frangibility. They either seem to break apart on contact, which causes next to no penetration OR they penetrate and don't break up so well.

But like I said, I've never used this brand specifically, so YMMV. Good Luck
