Remington M7 Bolt Shroud Question?

How hard are these to replace? I have an opportunity to buy a new unfired Model 7 but it has the dreaded J lock bolt shroud. Is it an easy fix? I would think at the same time I would do the firing pin and spring upgrade, so where would I get the parts?

Also, is the 7mm RSAUM completely dead? Or is it still a viable chambering?

Easy to replace - PTG sells them winchester_070 on here is their Canadian contact and super guy to deal with.
The SAUM might be a bit harder to find, but its not dead and a great caliber.
