Remington Model 5 - Any good???

I have seen good deals on Remington Model 5 in .17 HMR

Any reason to avoid this rifle? I have CZ & Ruger .22LR rifles. Would I be happy with the Remington Model 5?

The are very, very nice rimfires. IMO as for value, they beat almost everything on the market.
