Remington model 7 XCR camo

Has anyone seen one of these in Canada yet? they are quite interesting with the camo stock and 20in fluted bbl. looks like a sweet rig.........I am hoping they may be here soon............???

Haven't seen any yet, but Lebaron lists them @ $1085 for standard, $1150 for magnums. At that price, I'll skip'em. You can pick up a Sako 75 for $1000-$1200 at several places.

i've also been eying thwm, quite nice with the fluted 20'' barrel. I would prefer the stock to be black... Is the stock a B&C like the lvsf?

HI Guys, the stock is a BC just like the LVSF but after looking the gun over and then comparing its price I piced up a 75 finlight in .260 for 1000.00

Ive handled one, they're pretty darn nice, but not inexpensive @ $1000-1200. I was quite impressed by the gun overall though, it was a 7-08. They have a tupperware plastic stock, not fiberglass B&C or the like...

I think it is the same one we have in our store..with the new REM adjustable trigger.
Would make a nice bush gun.

I'd like to hear more about the $1000 Sakos. I thought those were all gone now.

do they flute the barrels just so they can drive up the price? wtf.
it probably costs the factory $1 to flute it and $2 for the camo finish but they tack on $300+ to the price tag.
