Remington model Seven CDL in .260 - Whaddya' think?

Thanks tod,

Nice Yote! :)

I certainly realize that I would be looking at a different type of rifle if I were to go with a .257 Weatherby...I'll have to think about this awhile...;)

What specific model 700 is yours shown in that picture? Sure is nice. ;)

I guess tape

I guess small balloon.

its actually a threaded cover for a huge BMG brake I like to sometimes put on while hunting with no hearing protection :ninja:

I guess it'd be closest to a LSS Mtn rifle, but I had the barrel replaced with a slightly heavier contour fluted barrel and the barrel channel of the stock has been opened up for the bigger tube.

I loved my mountain rifles I had (and I love my Titanium 260 I have) but for shooting fun during the summer they just arent a good choice. I like to shoot at least a few shots before my barrel gets hot. Plus I wanted the faster 1:8 twist for shooting the high BC 140/142 gr bullets, which is borderline on what a 1:9 twist can manage

Looks more like a CDL SF in a laminate stock. Maybe Rem should do that.
