Remington Modular Combat Shotgun Buttstock

Good morning,

can anyone tell me if a MCS pistol grip buttstock will fit on a regular 870 Police? If not, what do I have to do? Meaning, is there a adapter or do I have to send it back? I inadvertently purchased a MCS stock by accident. I realized my mistake, but the stock was already shipped and I don't know enough about the MCS system. Its kind of gnawing at me not knowing LOL

You'll need the MCS receiver locking plate if you don't already have it or its not coming with the stock.

I have one. It's just a small plate that goes on the back of the receiver.

You got the m4 buffer tube - collapsible stock MCS or the fixed pistol grip version? I’m trying to find the fixed version

I will have the fixed version. I ordered it by mistake and don't no if it comes with the mounting plate. It is supposed to be here in the morning, so will no in a bit.
