Just wondering if any of you guys are using or have tried one of these?
I am looking to buy a 1911 and with the cash back offer they are a good deal.
Any feed back would be appreciated

I shot one at the range one day, decent gun. I prefer my 1911's in the classic flavor, with minimal upgrades which is why I quite like my standard R1. You'll use some of that rebate buying better magazines though. Rem mags suck due to their weird follower design.

I have the stainless enhanced and it is a great shooter. Mine had some burrs on the inside that needed a file.

that has to be the best gun saying out there.
cause ya know somewhere someone is looking at 2 bricks of butter and wondering if he can rub them together or if he will get in trouble from his wife.

Keep us updated on how you like it. Even though I like the classic style1911, I wouldn't be against adding a modern one to the collection.
