Remington R15 Trade Offer For My New Uberti Henry Serial Number 007 Should I Take It?

Yesterday a guy offered me a new Remington R15 223 rifle with a scope for my New, Unfired, 44-40, Brass Frame, Uberti Henry rifle with a James Bond serial number 007 that I have had for the past 25+ years.
What are Remington R15 rifles worth these days and who made them?
I like the rifle but it sits in a glass case for as long as I have had it.

What do you guys think?

Epps always has a few R-15's in stock. New 18" camo is $1117 and a used 20" black in VG condition $899.

The Remington R-15 is a re-branded DPMS AR. You probably already know this but the R-15 is a restricted rifle.
I've never shot an R-15 but I have owned and shot other DPMS AR's and they have been well made, reliable and accurate. They are definitely not what most would consider a high end or upper tier AR but they work fine and are affordable for most wanting to get into the AR platform on a budget without buying junk Chinese knock-offs.
