I still think the MilDot is the reticle that sould be used, even though it is "so 90's". The Unertl 10X is so 70's, 80's, 90's and 00's, but it is still the most proven battle sniper scope in history. Not my call, Jamie, this is your baby, you make the call.

I agree about the mildots, more folk use them and it makes the graphic a little less cluttered. Full skull looks better. Need a more catchy phrase though. All IMHO!

I agree. This is Jamie's "baby" so to speak so I think he should get the final say.

I don't have a good graphic of a Mil-Dot reticle, so thats why I used the P-4 Reticle.;) It was already the perfect scale to go with the skull graphic I had.:D

If some one has a decent pic of a Mil-Dot reticle, send it my way and I'll do up another.

But are we talking Army Mil-Dots, or USMC Mil-dots?:rolleyes: :p ;) :D

I like the ideas! It sounds like it's really developing.
I like the more recent design better, but I do think we should somehow incorporate something more related directly to Remington into the logo, otherwise it's not much different than a "One Shot, One Kill" shirt.
If we were going with a Mil-Dot, I'd have to cast my vote on USMC oblong dots.

As for slogans, one of my favorites is "Bolt-Actions speak louder than words".

I do think we should have some "general qualifications" for the club too :):
-Must own Remington Tactical Rifle (40-XS, M24, M40 would qualify, 700P, 700LTR); shotguns don't apply
I can't really think of any others...

Might want to put "of" in there unless leaving it out was intentional

I like this one but would prefer a mildot reticle as most of us can't afford the scopes you have :p... I would say it is more commonly used by the RTCC as far as I would imagine. Definately ARMY mils though mainly because Canada doesn't have a Marine Corp.

Oh and yea ODG is a must for shirt colour.

but one small beef: IMO I think the reticle should be pointing between the eyes not at the nose.

Oh and spelling.. yea definately check the spelling (tatical) and spacing, oh yea.. and it is tactical CLUB of Canada, not tactical of canada. Look forward to seeing the final draft..

I think that once we get a few entries out we should put up a poll to vote on

Just for you that keep track of mundane info, the S&B reticle pic I used is the P-4 @ 25X.:D :p ;)

I am working on a TMR reticle version as I type........:rolleyes:

What do you guys think would work best for a slogan out of the ones mentioned? I really like "Bolt Actions Speak Louder Than Words" (not sure where I heard it from).

I want to make two shirts one for the LTR/PMT shooters(like "Super stiffie gets it done"and one for the 700P dudes with same logos but different slogans on the bottom of the crosshair

maybe we should have a poll for that too
