Remington Ti or Sako A7 ????

scrounge and scrounge until you find an original Ti in 260. You can restock it if you wish, but you don't have to.

sub 6 lbs and inexpensive compared to the factory Alaskan Ti 700's which will sell for about $2500 in 2009

Happened to notice a store in Saskatchewan still listing them unless they haven't updated their website lately...might be worth looking into.

I was looking at a ss tikka lite but they jacked the price up while my order was coming. Wouldn't honor the ordering price. So for another $200 I can have a Sako A7. Better quality from what I hear and see. But kimber and the original Ti are also in that same price range.($1200-1300) I can't decide...must hold them I guess!

SAKO 85 308, S/SYNTHETIC,LEUPOLD RINGS, EXCELLENT $1195

I had a Kimber 84m in 308 with very pretty wood and a Sako AV in 300 win mag that I hunted all over with. For whitetail I loved the Kimber, but worried about damaging the stock, I carried the Sako any time I was hunting for anything bigger than a deer.

Rembo came across an original Ti in 7mm SAUM, I talked him into BDL'ing it for me and that my new "only" hunting rifle. It's not as slick as either the Sako or the Kimber, the weight is in between, about 7 lbs scoped with a 6x42 Leupold. I never thought of the Sako A7, I can't like the Kimber Montana or the Ti in it's original form as I hate the blind magazine.

I have about $1500 into mine and like it alot.
