Remington V3 TAC-13 - modified! Perfected, possibly?

I think I may have finally found true love...

The good gents over at Recoil Magazine got their hands on a Remington V3 TACV-13 and souped it up a bit. The addition of the buttstock turns it into an NFA firearm down there but that didn't seem to deter them. lol It would be a restricted firearm here but being a semi-auto, it is restricted regardless of the stock.

Regardless, I'd buy one if someone would bring them up here (hint, hint, Gravel Agency)! I have no objections to owning a restricted shotgun if the price isn't ridiculous.

I think if North Sylva brought the TAC-13 in with a full buttstock, they would sell enough to make it worth it the effort. there is just something about that short vent ribbed barrel that is oh so ###y....

I've inquired about this lately and have been told it's a special order because it is restricted. If a few are interested, perhaps he can do a group buy and make it more worth it for the supplier/ dealer.

The specs say 26.5”. I imagine it’s pretty close to that. Give or take 3/16” in either direction.

Too bad. My versa max tactical is so much fun in 22". I would love to try out that 13" barrel.

Personally, I’d be good with a couple more inches of barrel to bring it in line with the non restricted class.

I almost did a special order for one. But when I considered the price I was given, and the fact that it's restricted, I opted to go for a Beretta 1301 instead. No regrets, that's for sure.
