Remington warranty for bad barrel??

Tried every possible "fix" for this Remy youth shotgun in 20 gauge and it still shoots 6" high and 8" left at 10 yrds. Then I read on line that it's a common prob that some Remington barrels are just bad and then returned in hope of getting a straight one back....
Anybody did this within Canada? A starting point would help.

Contact Gravel Agency in Quebec City. They're the authorized repair depot for Remington in Canada. 866-682-3003 is their number.
 
good luck with that remington the best thing i ever did to help me with the one i had was trade it in for a winchester.
