Remington XB-Tactical

What do most people think of Remingtons Custom Shops XB-Tactical.
It has a H&S Precision stock and shoots under .50 MOA in 308.

It has a one year waiting list as well. Is it worth the $$$$ or overpriced. Will it likely go up in value?
