yes i did get a great deal on an older 1100 3 inch mag it came with a small crack in the forend i did glue it back but would like to find a replacement . mine has a 28inch with the full choke remed out to mod will post a pic when i can thansk for the replys DUTCH

Cool. They all crack there. It is very common. Sounds like she is an early one that will only shoot magnums with that barrel. I have one here.

I believe that the stocks for Remington 1100's also are fully interchangeable with the Remington 11-87 as well.
