Removal of M305 flash hider

I recently removed the flash hiders from my rifles using an arbor press, but neglected to record the process.

Is there anyone in the GTA that would like to have the flash hider removed and is willing to travel to Thornhill so that I can make a how-to video?

Excuse my ignorance but the muzzle thread is metric on the M305 how do you install a brake with sae tread?

I don't do gunsmithing or magic tricks. This would simply be a video on an alternate way to remove the Norinco flash hider.
