Nice gun, it has the Winchester .32 special smokeless rear sight which adds to value as well as the tang peep if it letters. The .32 special came out in 1902 so the S/N doesn't jive. I had a .32 half round S/N 189### that was supposed to be 1900 as well, don't know what's up with that as it didn't appear to be a rebarrel. I would say value for yours is $1000 if the bore is good. More if you have a letter saying it left the factory with a tang peep.
 
There is a large problem with Madis' dates for the Model 1894 for that time period. He's 3 years off. A rifle that dates to 1900 was actually made around 1903.
