I can see one mismatched part (sear bar) just in the few images you posted. Unfortunately, even this little detail kills the collector value. Very odd that a 1911 chambered marked P08 Luger is sporting a lower receiver with a stock lug, as I recall, this was not introduced until late 1913. Unless you are mistaken with the 1911 date, I strongly suspect this pistol has been assembled from parts from at least two different pistols. It is still a nice Luger to own, but would fall in the bottom range of Luger prices IMHO.
