Removing Browning dura touch from A-bolt stock?

The dura touch on my A-bolt stock has gone soft and sticky. I started to clean it off with rubbing alcohol and its cleaning it up pretty good but not without a lot of work, anything easier faster I can use that won't harm the synthetic?

Acetone will strip it.

I'm sure there are lots of solvents that would take the dura-touch off fairly quick and easy,.. but I would be very cautious because anything that will take it off quick and easy may also eat at the composite stock.
Maybe try a small area with some nail polish remover.. it's mostly acetone.
