I found that with some of my rifles they shoot better with a little fouling in the barrel but if you want to get it all out check out this site and make sure you have a look at the home made electric foul out. I built the simple one for about $15 and gave it a try.
If you want the fastest, simplest, and cheapest way I found to get the copper out without running a single patch, this is the way. Just make sure you don't leave the solution in longer that 15 min at a time. This will get you down to the real problem (the carbon fouling) which sad to say is where the soaking and scrubing begins.
