removing original nickel plating

The stuff i use is from Brownells its a two part liquid comes in two 1 Lt bottles.
Works great just add the two like they say then add distilled water and in a few Hrs or less the nickle is gone but the steel is not Touched.

Now i just need to find some one who can take apart this complicated little gun and put it back together after it is hot blued.

That would be you! Get the proper screw drivers, a diagram and learn your gun you wont regret being able to take apart and replace parts on a thunderer.

Its called Brownells room tempeture nickle remover

Thunders or lightnings arnt that hard to take apart if you can use a slot screw driver your good!
Dont look to hard at the hand spring tho or they Break!
there one spring that does about 3 diffrent jobs so bust that and your hooped.

You do know that any collector value it has is down the drain with the
nickle? You will not get a good blue job just stripping it.
