Removing the barrel from a reverse plug 1911

I bought a 1911 with a full length guide rod and reverse plug set up, so how do you get the darn barrel out?

Lock the slide back and odds are there is a hole drilled in the guide rod for a pin. You insert a pin to capture the guide rod, spring, and reverse plug as a unit, then just pop out the slide stop as normal.
