Removing trigger assembly

I have released the trigger guard and lifted it up and then tryed to pull up but it is not moving, is this just a tight fit or am I doing something wrong, also it says to pull the bolt all the way back but this also cocks the firing pin so do you pull it out with the rifle cocked or do you dry fire it first then remove trigger assembly, Thanks, Rodger

#### the firing mechanism. Don't pull the trigger guard down too far either, it just has to disengage.
