Quick questions:

Are the 870, 7600, 7400 and 7615 receivers the same, as to how they accept stocks, grips?

Asking because the old man wants to get folder for his 7600, but all I can find are 870 folders.

IIRC the 870, 12 gauge receiver is wider and a tad taller, so I don't think the folder for an 870 will work.
There is a pistol grip with stock version available that fits the 760, 742 and 7400/7600.

Put an old Choate 870 12 ga. pistol grip stock on a recentely aquired 740 30'06. Required minor clearancing where stock fits to receiver.Works great and shoots like a lightweight FN
