As the title says, the dowel pins on my mk2 are stuck and won't come out. I've read a 2 yr old post about this and tried the methods described, but no luck. I also called mra and they suggested using cutters and leveraging the pins with the receiver. I've used electrical tape to prevent damage to the receiver, but they still wont come out. Anyone else experience this and have a solution?

Ahh, ok those pins, got it now.
My plan would be to hit them with some penetrating oil, leave it a couple hours, Kroil, 3in1, WD40, even Hoppes solvent would be good.
Then I'd give it some heat, not open flame, just a heat gun, even a hair dryer on hot, get them pretty warm.
Then grab some vise grips, lock them up tight on a pin, put the handles in a vise to secure them and hold the whole affair because you will need 2 hands for the rest.
Put a chair with a towel or blanket underneath it as close as you can get it to catch the rifle.
Put a towel over the rifle as close to the pins as you can, tap the towel with a rubber mallet while wiggling the rifle with the other hand, go slow and easy, shouldn't take much to get them out, and shouldn't damage anything in the process.
