Repainting a CZ.

Don't get me wrong. The dark blue is liveable, but I kind of always wanted it black. Black is just so much more EVIL. (Insert maniacal laughter here). :p
Seriously, what kind of paint would you use. I've seen a lot of setups that have been painted, but have never asked. Thanks.
 
I met a guy who used textured patio furniture paint. He just taped off the gun (didn't even remove it from the gun) and sprayed it with matte black paint. Looked great, and the texture made it great to grip, even when wet. Plus it seems to be the same stuff as bed liner, so it's pretty much indestructable.


edit - for heat resistance stove black (spray paint based) works really well, as it bakes on as it heats up.

Degrease the metal, if you're doing the furniture sand it down to a nice shine (if not it doesn't look nearly as good) and blast it with some armacoat.

if you change the the original state of a rifle its price drops by 50%

i like it like it is. but they look pretty mean all black. you should get it camo'ed like in pics on the CZ-858 thread.
