Repairing ISSC MK22 with LIGHT STRIKE PROBLEM OR MISFIRE

Well my issc was having the light strikes about once a clip. I put the washer in there and tightened that bolt that always gets loose and that worked for the first clip. From there i started getting failure to eject and light strikes after that. Hopefully and wishfully putting the longer screw and lock tight on the two will completely fix this cursed gun... first i need to find this bolt which i have had no luck locating... a lot of headaches from a gun that cost quite a bit out of the gate.

Why throw out a perfectly good rifle? People like to trash this rifle because of the issues it had when it was first released. Martymorningwood when did you get your rifle? Mine that I bought a couple months ago came with the washer and longer bolt. It works great and the odd failure to fire is caused by the ammo and not the rifle itself. A longer bolt should fix your problem.

Hey everybody, I haven't seen any updates on this thread for a while, so I wanted to let everyone know this fix is AMAZING! Yesterday, I took my ISSC out, and had Light Strike problems more then actual shots. I bought this gun used. I was devastated! Went home last night and looked up fixes narrowed down on this one, and tried it this morning... 180 shots, 1 failure, and I'm pretty sure it was just a bad bullet because the case had a good strike on it! I could not find the M4 x 16 bolt, so I put the original back in with lock tight. It seams to work awesome. I've ordered the longer bolt off of amazon.ca. Thanks for the great thread!!!

I have a ISSC M-22 Pistol....sometime...not all the time, I have a light strike fire, you wouldn't have an easy fix (with pictures) for that too? I love the gun, feels like a Glock. But I sometimes get this problem.
